Yes. I've done it many times in choirs, but never solo, and I would be very nervous if I had to do that.

I don't think I've ever done it and I doubt I will ever have to do it, so I don't know, and I don't really mind thinking about it simply because I know I'm not about to do it.

No, mostly because I never intend to.
Can't be afraid of what you're not going to do.
Plus I suck at singing, so only psychotic people would want me to, but then I'd have a bigger problem at hand.

Im never like that, only if it's in conditions I sing in front of thousands of total strangers. If there's even one or two people that I know in the crowd, that lets me sing better. They'll laugh, in a good way.
