As well as English, I speak small amounts of French, Latin, Welsh, Russian, Kiswahili, German, Spanish and Swedish.

First of all, wow, welshgirllowri. That's an astounding number of languages to be able to speak. Good for you.
I, on the other hand, am only able to speak English. I took French at school and hated it. Can't make a sentence after 3 years. Although it would be cool to be able to shock people by randomly speaking another language. To just randomly speak at someone in Chinese, fluently, would be hilarious - 'cause they'd be like "huh?"

No. I speak French, but that is a national language here. I wouldn't consider it foreign. Oh I know all the bad words in Farsi, though, does that count?

Yes, I speak two foreign languages fluently (and of course my mother tongue). Besides those, I can manage in everyday situations with some 2 more languages.

Yep, on top of Dutch which I speak every day, I know English, French
and I can take care of myself in German

my mother tongue is Flemish (witch is like 95% the same as dutch), but i also speak English fluently, and some bits of French...
