Yeah, I do. I can speak fluently Portuguese, English and Spanish. And I can also speak German, but not so fluent.

I don't fluently speak a second language, although I know quite a lot of Spanish.

It'd crossed my mind, but the question doesn't imply that one of the languages we're all fluent in is English, so, irony, not so much. At least not in my opinion.
