No, i don't enjoy it like other people do. But sometimes i do eat some if there is noting else to eat. But i seriously hate spicy food.

ieshie, why would spicy foods be unhealthy? My mom takes capsules of cayenne pepper for somehing. High blood pressure? I forget.

Yeah!!! And it doesn't cause bad breath, depends in what you eat. And it isn't unhealthy, just don't exceed it like all kinds of food.

No not at all. And I can't. I wish I could, and I've pretended I could, but the spiciness of the food is just too hot for my mouth and I end up not enjoying it. So mild for me.

Spicy food is irresistible for my tastebuds. Very enjoyable. Although not to an extreme, I can't handle too much =P

ieshie, i can see that you are young enough for not knowing that everything in excess is harmful
but spicy food can give you benefits (i don't remember right now) if you eat it WITH MODERATION
