I read the question and thought the same as James, but obviously with my name instead of his.
I take it this means "Hi, ____ speaking" and I'd never do that because I'd have to use my full name for people ringing the house phone, and anyone who calls my mobile knows who I am. Ha, I'll answer my mobile like that next time a friend rings. | | 01-09-2008 01:02 Dagor |

My friend just called my mobile and I answered "Hi, Joey speaking". She sort of paused, told me that was very random then carried on as normal.
