Relativistically speaking it is possible, you just need an infinite amount of energy, and of course it depends on the point of view of the observer ie the twins paradox.

No. To do it you need to move faster than the speed of light (Impossible to reach that speed, impossible to get enough energy to move an ATOM that fast, let alone a human being).

Also: If we had discovered time travel, why haven't we seen someone from the future yet?
