Mirrors, and I just don't understand it, if I look straight into a mirror, and then someone takes a picture of me the same way, I look totally ugly in the picture, I dunno, maybe we don't, at all, really look like what we do, pictures and mirrors lie to us.

I would have to say mirrors, too. But it's only because, in mirrors you see yourself how you want to, and it's not a "capture of a split second". And even if you are ready for your picture, most people get conscious of the fact, "Ooh! My picture is being taken". And that awareness is enough to influence a "weird" expression or pose. Ofcourse, some people are naturally photogenic, but the others just need to do it manually

basically, people think their appearance in pictures and mirrors is probably not to their potential. Because fact is, the more you look at something, the more thoroughly you examine it. And the more you examine something, the more flaws you find; it's a common nature of humans to concentrate on the flaws of something rather than.. the qualities?

mirrors... definitely mirrors... while pictures show a pose, mirrors show the true self... mirrors dont lie, pictures do
