first off, why the hell wouldn't you if they're your favorite band?? second, i would love to see AFI live, their live performances are always really good. for now, there's always I Heard A Voice (live DVD) until the next one...

I would as long as it wasn't to expencive, i went with friends and it has to be in a good area, like nowhere where it'll be jam packed

Ok who wouldn't want to see their fav. band play live, and if they could play JUST FOR ME I would absolutely die but like c'mon when is that ever gonna happen....Maybe when I'm famous ok maybe I won't be famous.. But everyone can dream can't they

aannddyy... I 3 you... AFI's the greatest.
Sadly I was forced to miss the last show they played here. Parents, I tell you... but I swear on pain of death, I'll be there the next time AFI plays a show near me. As for now, I agree - I Heard A Voice will be have to help fill the void.

As cool as it would be, not really, I mean I'd end up paying so much for a ticket and the people I know who have gone to some of my groups concerts said they sound way different, added to the fact that I am uncomfortable in large crowds.... I have been to a couple concerts, and what pissed me off was that the band let the crowd sing half of several songs and then let some little brat on stage to sing the duet with the lead singer. If I paid that much to go to the concert I want to hear the band, not a lot of drunken, amature, arrogant people trying to be a star. They ARE my favorite bands, but I'm not sure I'd want to see them live, I mean it ruin it for me if they pretended to sing over prerecorded songs, and I like the effects of the full choir in the backround, or the computer enhanced sounds. I'd rather meet them, then just sit in the last row after paying a pile and driving to flip knows where to see tiny figures over a sea of heads...... Perhaps I am different, obviously by your reactions already, but I'm not sure. Maybe if I was given tickets or they came to my town (like that'd happen in the middle of no where)... I'll support them by buying their albums for now, because as it is, my bands are no where near...

Of course! I'd love to see my favorite band live! In fact, I have seen my favorite "Band," per ce, but not my favorite artist. Saw Coheed & Cambria last November, front and center, but I have yet to see my idol- Eric Clapton.
