I put yes, I don't love it, but it's the only way I keep in touch with some old friends, and it's cool for finding music and bands you haven't heard before.

well if they wont too see my myspace they have to add me. then i talk to whoever adds me. if i like them they stay in my friends. =p

p.s. its also so it stops my family members from seeing it.

well i'm not one the people that just gathers hundred's/thousands of friends of people they dont even know.
i have only have people in my friends i know and talk too.
and yeah, the main reason its private is so people i dont want too see it, cant see it. lol.
not so much cause of what i put on there about me, more because of the convo's i have with people over comments, can get a bit.... not stuff you want family to see, ya know. lol

I don't care so much about the comments, but I care about who reads my blogs. There are some personal stuff there that I wouldn't want, say my brother, to read

yep, good point.
i deleted the blogs i had at the moment. but i write stuff in them i definatly dont want certain people to see. so overall i have good reason for making my myspace private. =p

no I dont, I despise the place.

The only reason I'd use it for is to promote my songs that I've made, but its way too difficult to do it.

No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is dangerous and not meant for 12-14 year olds i might join it when im older, but not right now.

yes and no. I like it because you can get information about people and the bad side is alot of people on there may not be who they say they are. There could be alot of liars. And people may also lie in their profile about some stuff.

Nah-uh. I personally dislike myspace. Inspite of the site being so popular, it fails in its main objective.

Majority people over there are emo, deceiving, desperate or/and people who aren't into doing something productive in their lives. And that just ruins the atmosphere for others who aren't like those people.
