im not too sure about this, but i think its a part of the muslim religion to wage jihad when the faith comes under fire. maybe im wrong, but that could be why.

no. the muslims who reacted violently were doing what they were expected to do. when the cartoons were published i knew that they had been expecting the muslims to react to it. muslims should be smarter. because of this their religions degraded.

Nope! That's the wrong thing for sure.

I'm a Muslim and I'm EMBARASSED at what's happening in the world. This has gotten WAY too out of hand. Yes, it's wrong but not to the point of burning flags and buildings. Damnit people! Get some control!

i believe that muslims had every right! i am a muslim n i was very offended and hurt that they would attack muslims. i understand that in the eyes of americans and all people around the world, that muslims are horrible people, but you do not noe all of them. one mans actions should not judge all men. you are all disagreeing just because it isnt your religion that is bein attacked and do not understand the meaning behind Islam. if criticism about christianity or any other religion had gone out this would be an outrage. And you all prove it by saying that you have no clue wat is goin on. Understand Islam and dont judge us all, then you can choose yes or no, but for now you have no right.

to me, it's stupid, hypocritical, and only confirming the stereotypes brought forth by the comics

the comics depicted the muslims as terrorists. the logical thing to do as a rebutal would be to show the world how pleasant the muslim society is. but do the muslims do this...NO!!! instead they burn the dutch embassy and a KFC in Pakistan. doesn't exactly make sense to me.

i understand the muslim community was pissed off by the cartoons...but come on, get a grip on life. the only thing these muslims are doing is making their entire society look like a bunch of AK-47 toting, embassy burning terrorists. like the saying goes "it only takes a few apples to spoil the whole bunch." unfortunately in this situation, a few radical muslims are dirtying the integrity of a previously respected community.

i am in no way condemning the entire muslim community...just the actions of the select few who are doing such heinous things

ppl overrate the issue...they're just cartoons guys, FREEDOM OF SPEECH...ok the religion says you can't depict mohhamed but danish arent muslims (predominantly) so though they should care, they still have freedom of speech

Firstly, not every single muslim in the whole world 'assaulted the danish'
so the question is sillyyy and should be corrected.

i voted no, that was too extreme. but the cartoons were f*cked. it's just pushing the belief that all muslims are terrorists, which contrary to the cartoonists beliefs- they're not. they couldn't be more wrong about that.


and whoever said "people make fun of other races"...it's not a race.

theres a difference between FREE SPEECH and HATE SPEECH...dont get the two confused.
I'm a muslim and i felt VERY offended by what the danish did...its very serious to us because we're not suppose to draw the Prophets face to begin with! I dont know about any assults going on, and i dont know the details of what happened, so i cant judge.

I believe what the danish did was wrong and it did offend many muslims. Yet, physical violence is hurting the reputability of the muslim faith. It seems to many people it is one of violence.

i hate people who can't take a joke..and i hate hypocrites. sure, assault danish, but what are terrorists doing? assaulting USA,Britain and Australia, in my opinion they were in the wrong first!
