207 posts	haha nobody knows what this poll is about (I DO THOUGH!!!) i don't think it's right, but when you get a religion that has a group of radicals, then it gets out of hand. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!! READ THIS: In the Muslim religion it is punishable by death to be associated with drawings of mohammad, because they don't want to idolize anything. In a danish newspaper, they published a cartoon drawing of mohammed wearing a bomb as a turbin. As a result, many muslims were outraged, and started protests, riots, and one group even put up a bounty of 1 million dollars (US).

I love Muslims and their devotion, one of my best friends is a Muslim.. but honestly who goes about burning embassies when someone makes a cartoon making fun of religion? Have a little more respect to freedom of speech and put your anger towards the target (people who originally created the cartoons) and do it non-violently (get them fired & an apology to Islam world).. instead of blaming all of the Danish and etc. Pretty elementary stuff if you ask me. I am not sure why the Middle-East is so sensitive to words and pictures sent a continent away. If someone on this forum made fun of me I honestly wouldn't care..

713 posts	first of all I think most ppl know what the survery is about...it has been all over the news!! Then muslim ppl should not take agressive action against danish ppl becuase if they act all agressive they will just create a bunch of controversy!! Then although I think muslims should not assault danish ppl, they are kind of right because they have been opressed for a long time. I think muslims are tyre of it!!

17,089 posts	How is this even a question? How could making death threats at people and throwing rocks at them over some damn comic be justified? Clearly it's a NO. People make fun of Jesus everyday. You don't see me out there burning flags, throwing rocks, and making death threats.

2 posts	I voted no. Even though I believe that the Muslims are overreacting, i think that they are partly in the right since it is, i believe, a sin to draw a picture of Muhammad. Also, i don't know who thought it was a good idea to give Muhammad a bomb-turban. Still, i think the Muslim rioters are taking this a little bit too hard. But then again, i'm not Muslim so i don't know how i would react to my prophet wearing a bomb-turban.

You don't see me out there burning flags, throwing rocks, and making death threats. agreed --- same for me i'm criticized for my faith in God all the time, not once have i lifted my hand to harm anybody, or any of their property For the other side however, you must remember this: only a percentage of the Muslims are "radical muslims" that turn to violence. I would say almost all of the muslims disagree with the drawings, but only a small percent turn to violence, a minority that should be controled by the majority taking control and expressing their opinion * offtopic : if you wanna discuss, message me, i don't really look at these much after i post
