the bits on this site like where the "my letssingit", top5, pol etc is a right hand side frame, the list over there <- is a letf hand side frame, the bit at the top where its says "home, forum, chat" etc is a top frame. yeh, i think i'be made my point. but i think with frames it makes the site alot tidyer and easier to use.

uhmm i think that just a top or a side frame, when it has frames on both sides and top the space between becomes smaller.

The thing about frames is that it's difficult for site designers to make a scheme with multiple frames that is compatible with all browsers. It takes a lot more work than a website is really worth, and to find something that won't look screwed up, buggy, or messy even on only the major browsers (Netscape, Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, Opera...) is insanely difficult. If they work, then really it hardly matter, but it's rare to get them to work right all the time.

well i didnt know wit were frames so i vote it doesnt matter but now that i know wut is it i will say with frames its better!

For this site it doesn't really matter, since there isn't a large amount of information on the screen at one time, such as pictures or movies. I don't know about anybody else, but the right side of my screen has a lot of free space, to the right of the advertisement, so i think they could take advantage of that, unless it's just my screen resolution
